A 1989 Geo Spectrum you say?? Not exactly the choice of most car customizers, I know, but when that is all you have, you have to let your imagination get a little nuts and create something! Thus the story of "Freshly Squeezed!" I got the car a month before my 16th birthday. It was originally black. At that time (1989), stereo systems were starting to sprout up everywhere, so like most kids my age, I hopped on the bandwagon. I started out small (I was making $3.35/hour so I didn't have much choice). You know, the usual two twelve full range box from MTX. Then I noticed everybody else was getting or already had basically the same set up. I was starting to get a little irritated. I'm the kind of person that likes to be different. As the years went by (and the pay checks got bigger), I decided to get a little crazy. That is when "Freshly Squeezed" was born! Before I get into detail, I would like to thank all of the great friends who helped me create my car. Special thanks to Greg M. for installing my system, Brian R. for creating the wall, Joel (Airmasters) for the wonderful graphics, Jon P. for letting me use his shop to paint it in. Extra special thanks goes out to Tony B. and Erod.for taking car of my cars while I am in a different state! I will never forget what you guys have done for me! I also would like to thank Erod again for creating this site as well. THANKS, JEFF!! Extra, extra, EXTRA special thanks goes out to the best stereo shop and installer in the entire world...PHASE II Electronics of Warren, Ohio. I appreciate all the work and effort that you guys have put into this car!! THANKS FELLA'S!! Now, on to the specifics...
